Feeling tired today?

2 o clock PM, mid day yawns..time for a
little caffeine!  Most of us like to have our
caffeine…whether it’s a morning treat or an
afternoon wake up.  Just remember to
much caffeine can be harmful, so drink
less and work out more!

Appetite control!:

What a huge part of fitness. This is
definitely a tough one for most people. We
all WANT those cookies or those salty
potato chips, but do we NEED them? Make
smart choices in your fitness walk and
chose foods that may help curve your
appetite or are healthier for you rather than
going for the chocolate cookies you smell
coming from the kitchen at work. Don’t let
food get the best of you. Remember you
shape your body by the foods you eat!

Healthy colon - healthy life:

As we all know exercise is a very important
key to good health.  As a trainer and being
surrounded by fitness and health, I like to
instill the importance of a LIFESTYLE of
exercising and bettering your overall body
performance. I have helped many people in
meeting their goals of getting and
maintaining a healthy body. We need
cardiovascular training, weight training,
but we also need a balanced diet in order
to help our colons not overwork
themselves.
