| I am 51 years old and have walked 30 minutes a day for 20 years and worked out in a gym 3 times a week for 4 years. I did a workout with Allie (wow, what a workout!) She helped me to realize that I wasn't pushing myself and gave me pointers on how to improve some muscles that my current workout was not helping. The best thing Allie did for me was help me craft a diet for life with guidelines on calories and food combinations. I had never been able to loose weight before and my metabolism was very sluggish. | Thanks to Allie, I finely have a grasp on my personal fitness at 47 years old! When Allie started training me she had her work cut out for her.
